Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Contact us at contact@retrospect.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Pack your t-shirt securely in its original packaging.

Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).

Need a different size? The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new size once your return is accepted. Check our Size Guide before purchasing to avoid sizing issues!

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
